Important: Certification is not investment advice. It is an assessment of Shariah alignment within a defined review scope.

Certification Process

  1. Application — The project submits whitepaper, tokenomics, smart contract details, treasury policy, yield/staking design, legal structure, and asset-backing information (if applicable).

  2. Initial Screening — SDASI checks for obvious prohibited elements, incomplete disclosures, and material red flags.

  3. Technical Review — Analysis of token mechanics, contract logic, governance powers, yield sources, custody claims, and upgradeability.

  4. Shariah Review — Evaluation of underlying activity, financial flows, contractual structure, revenue model, investor rights, and risk-sharing claims.

  5. Committee Determination — Outcomes: Compliant, Conditionally Compliant, Non-Compliant, or Requires Further Review.

  6. Publication — Certified status published with scope, limitations, dates, and conditions.

  7. Ongoing Monitoring — Protocol changes, governance votes, treasury updates, and material business model changes trigger review.
